We are going on holiday in september and would like a holiday stroller to fit my then 18 month LO. I would like something that lies down flat or flat-ish and a big sun canopy! I'm looking for something to not break the bank new(as if holidays aren't expensive enough already!) Or that I could pick up second hand at a decent price.
Do you have any recommendations?
Thank you:flower:

When we went to Mexico when my LO was that age we just went to a local Walmart and picked up a super cheap umbrella stroller that we then left with the hotel so we didn't have to travel with it. It was perfect for what we needed it to do (sun cover and giving her a place to sit), cost us maybe $15, and we didn't have to check it as baggage, so it was perfect!

Just recommended this on another thread but look at the Zeta Vooom on eBay.

They're amazing!
Really light, great quality, cheap, lie flat, extending hood etc

Was going to suggest this one! They're so cheap.

Or you can get the zeta city for about £30 on amazon. They're so much more substantial than similar priced buggy's.

Thanks!
I've has a look at the zeta's as I wouldn't mind something that I had the option of using when I got back! They have mixed reviews but do look simular to the maclaren quest which are one of the ones I like (if they didn't cost an arm and a leg) have you ladies had any issues with the zeta vooom? And what's the difference with the citi?

I've got the citi and it's great as a holiday stroller, especially for the price. Mine went missing for a few weeks on our flight back so I'd have been furious if it was an expensive one and got lost.
We use it when we go swimming as well so we can fit it in a locker but that's about it. I wouldn't use it as an every day buggy really, but I don't really like using buggy's so I don't know how a regular buggy user would find it.
The zoom hood looks a bit better and the wheels are slightly different.

For the price of the citi though you really can't go wrong for a holiday. I wouldnt expect it to be super durable long term though.

How about something along these lines:

https://www.amazon.com/Dream-Me-Sin...&keywords=umbrella+stroller+with+large+canopy

Or something like this:

https://www.amazon.com/Kolcraft-Clo...&keywords=umbrella+stroller+with+large+canopy

The brand Kolcraft Cloud seems to have a number of decent and cheap-ish options.

Stalking this thread. I want a cheap buggy which has an umbrella fold for day trips and for if I need to use a taxi. I don't drive and our pram folds in two parts, its so bulky and we cant go anywhere with the dog as the pram needs to go in the boot.

We had a Zeta Vooom as our holiday stroller for our daughter when she was younger, the hood comes down quite far.

Never had any problems with mine. It's had a LOT of use but still an excellent buggy
