Crap shit bugger me i have my first period since having ella, omg it HURTSS the pain is BAD. GET IT AWAY

i get the worse ever preiod pain and its come back bloody painful, Crapping hell its killing

Such a pointless rant but god i just dont know what to do, any tips on releasing the pain!
I dont even have ice cream or chocolate in the house to make me feel better

Me too! I'm very nervous about it. Hopefully because we are bf it will help ease it in more slowly!

aww hun take some PMS tylenol, sit with a heating pad and take it easy ok? And drink alot of fluids.
It was my second period that was the worst for me. I ended up in the hospital with a fever of 104 and it was super heavy flow and cramps that were going into my back.I thought it was a kidney infection!! But I got tylenol and advil and was better within an hour or so.

Awww, maybe try taking some ibuprofen/tylenol that usually works for me! And bananas help with the pain, same with being active!

My advice is to take a tylenol and have a hot water bottle handy.

thanks girls , im allergic to ibropfen (sp) so taken codine and panadol.
Does bugger all though. I supose it wasnt as bad as my first preiod with carly , i couldnt move out of bed and OH had to have day off.
But still OUCH! Not good that i also have a night out plan with my best friend sat night.

Bagfull full of tampons im going to have to bring!!

I hated my first period it was awful, really really painful and super heavy after about 3 days I had to go to docs and she had to give me tablets (cant remember name of them) to make the bleeding ease.
