Hello
I sometimes make my own almond milk and I have looked at various ways on the Internet as to what to do with the left over almond pulp. For me it's about being organised with an appealing option so I don't just get lazy and throw it away.
I'd love to know.....
Do you use the wet pulp or do you dry it? If you dry it do you use the oven or a dehydrator? Or perhaps you have another method? What's your favourite recipe with the pulp? I'm personally thinking cookies or bliss balls. It would be ideal if I can just use the wet pulp and make them straight away.
