Ive been thinking of making the family some personalised christmas cards from Maisie this year. Going to go tomorrow and buy some coloured cards and little craft pieces and stuff i can add onto them.

Anyone done this before and got any pictures/ideas ect i can use? Was thinking of getting the paints out and putting her hand print on the front then just writing a message inside or something.

xxx

I have never done it before but the handprint sounds good :) You could also draw out a little snowman and let lo glue some cotton wool on its body or a big glitterly star. :)

I have been doing them with Jess, I got some card, and Tesco do crafty bits like coloured gems, Santa stickers, coloured feathers, sparkly shapes/glitter.
I put a plastic table cloth on the floor first then let her loose with a glue stick and that lot :) She loves it! xXx

I'd love to do that! We're making Biscuits this week, all my family know and are excited  I'm making some biscuits and Tegan is decorating them and we're giving one each to our family members... :D

I love cards from children :cloud9: the rest of them get thrown out in Jan except for them

ive got a card my son made me when he was in nursery (he will be 9 in feb) its a reindeer and the antlers are made out of his hand print. ill take a pic later so you can see what i mean xx

its looking a bit worse for wear now but i have had it since xmas 03!
i know to alot of people it might not look great, but i love it, like i said, my son is 9 in feb and i still get this out every year, it reminds me just how tiny he once was

Reindeer foot prints are good for that.

do a brown footprint and the toe end draw antlers, eyes further down a nise and smile.

We used red bubbles for the nose.

Last year I took some Xmas pictures of river and put 4 photo corners on tye front of a card and put the picture in

i have done two this year and basically just stuck on the things what interested him, what he ran off with and tried to taste lmao!

Here's some piccies of Jessica being crafty :)
