DH really likes the name Jack for a boy, which I love but think it's way too popular. I'd prefer it to be Jackson! But our surname ends in SON so that's out of the question!

So what do you all think of

Jacoby (JAK-O-BE)

Please be honest! Do you think it may evoke bullying?

Thanks x

Ooh, I love it!!! I think that just about any name has bullying potential. In fact, Jackson would probably be worse, because Michael Jackson isn't going to be forgotten any time soon! And you'd get fed up of people asking if you'd named him in tribute :P
But I digress. Jacoby sounds lovely to me :) If you like it, do it :)

Hmm... i really don't personally care for the sound of Jacoby. I love the name Jackson... but it prob wouldn's sound right with a last name that ends in "son". Jack is cute... but extremely popular.

Are you looking for "J" names in particular?

How about --

Jamie
Josiah
Justin
Jayden
Julian
Jake
Jonah
Jenson

I quite like Jacoby, but would go for Jacob myself.

No, I'm not looking for J names in particular. DH has a LO from a previous relationship a boy and for boys he likes short names like

Zach
Max
Jack
Jake
Luke
Ben
Sam
Tom

Which I don't mind as long as it's short for something. I would just like something a bit different but not weird lol.

Jacoby is nice, but i think it will just end up getting shortened. I prefer Jacob, and as common as Jack is.. it's still a lovely name! My little boy is Jack :D

I think its lovely. I really like Jack though, what about Jake? xxx

Not something I would pick myself, but it has a nice ring to it! We have Jacob picked out for a boy so I like the twist on it :)

Yeah i prefer Jacob too, although Jayden is a nice name too :-)
