We had dd's TAC meeting this week. It went really well and everyone is pleased with her progress.
My favourite moment though was when we were telling everyone how Gabriella is started to say 'fish'. Her consultant paediatrician who has been with Gabriella since she was about 11 months old asked 'Is that when she sees a toy fish or do you have an aquarium where she sees them?'
The room went silent and oh and I just stared at her hoping the penny would drop. I ended up having to say 'That would be difficult wouldn't it Dr?' She suddenly realised what she had said and the room just cracked up! It was so funny. Bless her she was really embarrassed but we have a great sense of humour so just found the whole thing hilarious
