had some period pain type cramps today, and lost quite a bit of my plug this evening! spent aaages walking around in the lovely sunshine today so hoping that it's helped

going to do lots more walking tomorrow if i've had no more signs by the morning.

i'm 39 weeks tomorrow so whenever LO wants to make an appearance now is fine by me (sooner rather than later would be better though )

thanks girls not had any signs or anything today, but went for a nice long walk, got a MW appointment tomorrow so FX'd she can give me some good news! x

thanks both had a really bad nights sleep, had loads of tightening pains & I couldn't lie on my side at all because it hurt, seeing the MW later so FX'd! x
