So my OH's cousins own this trailer in our home town which is 20 minutes off where we live right now. They are doing a whole bunch of renovations right now, they are repainting the whole house, putting new floor in new cupboards ect. Anyways we have been talking to them about renting it off them for the winter then possibly buying it next spring/summer. Its 250$ less than were paying right now, and we dont have to pay water just heat and electric which would save us another like 100-150 a month. Its a great sized place huge master bedroom and a room for Taye which is fine since even with a 3bedroom place we planned on having Fayth in our room.
I'm just hating being stuck in limbo waiting to find out if we can move at the end of the month or if we are just going to continue living here. A friend of theirs had asked to rent it off them prior to us asking so we are really hoping and praying they will rent it to us even though they had someone else interested. It would just be nice to be cut a break.
Its just a little nerve racking waiting to find out since we are both kind of in love with the place, and both really want to move, i know even though OH says he wont be we will both be really disappointed.
My OH plans on going back to his old job once the season starts up again which means he will be gone 10 days then home 4 days ect. And it was really hard this past season when he worked there cause we only have one vehicle so i was pretty much stuck at home, and all our friends live there with alot of our family. It would be alot easier since there are people too hang out with and family ect. and there is a grocery store a block away so i wont have to walk 30 minutes to get to a store.
Ugh I am just really hoping they help us out and let us move in, but i dont want to get to excited cause I'm worried we wont get it. Hopefully we find out within the next few days.

I know what you mean about being stuck and having to walk a long way to get to shops etc. I dont have a car at all and food shopping is the most difficult thing since i live by myself. Thankfully theres a good bus service here into the city which doesnt take long though
