horrible back pain?!

for the last few days i've been having increasingly more back pain. sleeping hurts, sitting hurts, standing hurts, i can barely turn around to wipe my own bottom... i had a small spinal rotation due to a car accident in july 2016. it got mostly better since then but now its insanely painful. any ideas on what to do?!?!?!?

I had horrible back pain especially with my first, if you have a recliner that helped me so so much! Also a bump/back support belt, it helped a bit when out and about. I still suffer now especially after an epidural with my first but have to take anti-imflammatories, I know you can't take ibuprofen but can't remember if others are a no-no in pregnancy though...

yeah sadly all NSAID's are a no until third trimester. thankfully it seems my back pain is mostly related to my coughing from pneumonia. so when that clears hopefully the pain will too
