I have been getting horrible headaches..... In the beginning of pregnancy id get migraines almost daily..... They wore off around 10 wks.... But I still get bad head aches. Anybody else experience this? What do you do for relief? Tylonal doesn't touch it.... I do think its half sinuses/allergy related .... I take Zyrtec for that which does help reduce the pain of headache.... But I always have the head pressure/dull headache 24/7. Ugh :(

I have headaches most days too, usually right in the top of my head and behind my eyes. I think it's probably sinus related too as my nose is always stuffy and underneath my eyes Is tender. Often get ice pick type headaches with the stabbing pain, horrible. I only take paracetamol for it though at the moment, not sure what else i can take as I'm allergic to ibuprofen. I do find massaging my temples helps and also rubbing the affected area of my head.

You can sit with your feet and hands in warm water - like on the edge of the bath if you can still reach, and a hot flannel on the back of your neck.
There are various pressure points, stay hydrated and you could always visit an osteopath I've heard of success that way and it gets rid of them for a good few months.
Xx

Thanks ladies !!! My dr said all I can take is tylonal and that is a joke, they said no ibuprofen which is the main med to get rid of them :( ill have to try that bath trick.... Yes my face is super tender to touch underneath my eyes, like bruised feeling..... Hoping fall/winter coming soon will bring some relief

Yeah sadly ibuprofen is a big no-no during pregnancy. Drives me up a wall because it works for me whereas Tylenol only works some of the time. I have woken up every day with a headache for at least a month now. They vary in intensity but are usually gone by mid afternoon. I remember having them last pregnancy as well. They lasted for months, until I was put on antibiotics for a sinus infection. I'm not sure that was the correct diagnosis last time as I didn't have any bacterial infection signs, nor do I this time. But, it seemed to work. Of course being put on antibiotics then caused a yeast infection *sigh*. So, something to consider if you they go on for a while or you think it might have turned into an infection (which happens!). Just be cautious about the yeast infection possibility...keep a look out for any signs.

I'm the same, im almost 32 weeks and the headaches are still there.
They started about 14 weeks.
I think mines a combo of hormones, posture changing and very little sleep.
