hospital have LOST my birth notes from first labour will this effecrlt getting anothe

Okay had first midwife on 16th i was explaining the birth of Ava and how stuck she was but yet i was made to push from 5-9am while babys heart rate kept dipping and stopping

any way i was asking how this could effecte this time and pushing for another section anyway while little one was ill in hosptal the first time they questioned the birth and how long she was stuck and why i was allowedto go 3weeks over due and had no midwife from 36 weeks

any way turns out there still lost so theres no proof of my first labour c section forceps and vontous or Ava being stuck

sorry if put in wrong catagory but has this happened to any one and will PALS help ??
