how accurate are tax credit calculators?

Hi girls

Does anyone have any experience of how accurate the tax credit calculators are online?

I sent back my tax credit update forms (before the deadline for once!) and I was sent a small one off payment and a very VERY small increase in weekly payments. Im talking pence here! However, when I went online to see what we would be getting roughly (putting in the correct p60 info etc) it said I would be getting around fifteen pounds a week more than they have given me.

I have used this calculators a few times and they have never been accurate for me.

Yeah they're usually always off by a small amount xx

I have recently found the Entitled To website has been most accurate.x
