I can honestly say I have never slept so much in my life!
In the past, there was always some worry keeping me awake at night, I was quite a big drinker, as in I always had at least 1 glass of wine with my meals/bottles at the weekend and when I have given up in the past, that affected my sleep terribly, but not this time. I am drifting at around 7pm usually and can sleep right through. I may wake up to turn over but I am back off again in no time! (even found drool on my pillow this morning, a sign of a good sleep.
I am really happy about this because I was always a deep sleeper as a child then stupid adult things like work and money got in the way and felt dreadful every morning but now baby is making sure mummy gets plenty of sleep (I shan't get used to that!)
Also, people are talking about weird dreams, I can't say I have ever had any yet. Is that a normal symptom? What causes it?
