:blush: I confess, my lunch today was chocolate cupcakes with homemade icing, and rootbeer (decaf) :cloud9:

Im just feeling so sick, most things are turning my stomach! I usually eat quite well, I had to give in to my craving, even though it isn't healthy.
 
I just eat constantly and only what I fancy - I have given up counting calorie as such and just eat what I want - although tbh my taste buds have completely changed since the ms started.
 
Ha ha ha. Well today, I'm proud to report that I had an enormous spinach salad with lots of fresh veggies and a hard-boiled egg. Thank goodness you didn't ask me yesterday! ;)

I do recall a lunch or two during the 7-8 week range that consisted of nothing but potato chips and a vitamin. :blush:
 
That's a good way to look at it, taste buds changing,. that's my problem! It's true, things that I always loved I can't even bare to think about. Don't get me wrong, I always loved my homemade cupcakes lol
 
TBH, I have been eating whatever I want, within reason, nothing harmful but I don't worry about the calories that much. I tend to crave both healthy and fattening things so I just eat some of both, haha! :thumbup:

I am hungry ALL the time and I refuse to sit and starve and worry myself silly over how many calories I've had.
 
So far my eating habits are waay to healthy. I always have a sweet tooth but since becoming pregnant have absolutely no stomach for anything sugary or processed. I want so bad to WANT to eat a cupcake or ice cream but it turns my stomach. All day long I crave watermelon, cucumbers, yogurt and hummus with pita bread. I just now had a craving for mashed sweet potatoes so I made some. Yummy.
 
I was feeling all healthy a few weeks ago but today I had a packet of crisps and 4 biscuits for lunch :)
 
Tomato sandwiches and lightly salted crisps. I'm not usually a tomato fan but I can't get enough at the minute!! Or cheese toasties and tomato soup....mmmmmmm.
Now the diclectin has taken control I finally get to eat food. Yay.
 
I have been eating pretty healthy mostly. I still crave potato chips, always do! But I don't eat them as much as I did prepreg.

I can't stomach sandwhichs, and I usually love them. I am actually having troubles eating whole wheat anything, which is something I usually love and so am mad at that! lol

Ice cream sounds really good, but I eat some and it isn't that appealing to my tastebuds. Nothing sweet is.

Mashed sweet potatos sound SOOOO good right now! I think I can eat only that for supper.

beacuse I have felt so :sleep: and :sick: that I have hardly eatten anything except toast and yesterday I had rice..
I must confess that I haven't given up my morning:coffee:
I don't drink pop or anything so that is my caffe fix of the day.. and I always only have one..
After not eatting much in 10 days. I haven't lost an oz:brat:
 
I'm eating terribly. I feel nauseous a lot of the time so I seem to figure I might as well eat crap food to make the nausea seem worthwhile.
I just don't fancy any proper food.
I eat breakfast in the morning although feel ill shortly after - I'm getting to the stage it's easier to not eat rather than feel yuk afterwards.
Any tips on how to want healthy foods?

I'm so glad someone mentioned potatoes! Yesterday I had a baked potato for lunch. I'm not normally a fan, but I loved every minute of it. I've been lucky and not had terrible MS, but just an all-consuming queasy feeling where almost nothing looks worth eating.

So basically I've just been eating whatever looks good to me at the moment, which isn't always what's good FOR me.

I can't wait to try the potato soup!! :)

I dont really have any tips on how to eat healthy foods, I wish I did :shrug: For the past year, I was all about health, but now, the thought of it makes me sick for some reason :nope:

Im at the point now I need to call my dr to get some meds to feel better :( I just cant eat, I cant even drink. After having to drink all that water for my scan, Im turned off and thats usually all I drink. Im so thursty right now but gag when I think of drinking!

Mmmmm... i have a thing for potatos at the moment too. Carbs in general to be honest. Mashed potato sounds good. I also like white bread toast, which I never really ate before. Strange. :winkwink:
