How can i shift the weight

pre pregnancy i was 10 1/2 stone
5 weeks after having him i was down to 10 stone
now im 11 stone and really discusted, i balooned when my nana died and now cant get rid of the weight
the major problem areas are my bum,tummy,hips and thighs
i dont have time to cook proper meals so end up snacking on crap all day
i dont have time to gym/excercise
it's really getting me down :(
 
You real dont have time?
I always said i didnt have time, but really i did.

Whats your meal plan? In order lose weight need change your habits, which in return is making the time, mentally picking the better options.

its eays to get a workout!
with two kids i find it surprisingly easy to do something! for eg.
whenever theres a break during corrie or whatever get on the floor do sit ups and press ups lunges and squats and try and compete with yourself!

if you have a spare ten mins go in the garden and get a skipping rope and skip for 10 mins, i do this when ever the kids are napping or just daft things like waiting for the washer, instead of watching tv i do this!
the skipping rope has really helped shift weight!

dont know if you have time but i wake up an hour before i know the kids will wake up and go for a run, just round the block (takes about half hour).

drink lots of water youll be surprised how full you feel so wont need to snack!

tbh according to your pic, you look fine! not disgusting at all! good luck xxx
