How did you improve your dh sperm

Hi ladies my dh got his semen results back today and the morphology count (normal fully formed sperms) is only 3% so 97 % are abnormal (no tails ect)
also motility is 35% (only 25% heading to where we want them) when normal is supposed to be 50%
have any of you ladies improved you oh sperm counts, how did you's
do it i'll try anything.
he did do the test at 7.30am and it wasnt tested in the lab till 1.30pm do you's think that could have killed some sperm (think if I tried swimming for 6 hours my legs would fall off )

We are just trying to get a proper SA done. OH had VR in May and they seemed to lose interest once they'd got the money, only did a 'yes there are sperm' type thing and no details at all! It was done by post, so they'd have been dead anyway!

Well I called a private clinic that does proper in depth SA and they say that it needs to be tested within 1 hour of being produced (lol) or they start to die off. So in your case this could have made a difference.

I have OH on Fertilaid but no idea if it has made a difference since we've not managed to get any numbers yet. It can't be doing any harm though - it has lots of good stuff in it.

Thanks its sad that it all comes down to money, I've booked my dh in for another sa tomorrow at our local fertility clinic so costing us even more money. good luck x

6 hours between producing and testing is way too long I'm sure! I would definitely get it repeated. Good luck x

thanx he had it repeated today at our local fertility clinic and we get the results in the morning, my dh said they were testing it straight away so hopefully they'll be more acurate

this test was carried out when sperm was 30 minutes old
