How do I add a link to my birth story on my sig please?

I did it before but it just showed the big long site address and I had to type "My birth story" above it which took up more space on my sig.

I've seen where people just have "My birth story" or "DD2's birth story" at the bottom of their sig and when you click on it it takes you to their original post announcing the birth story, which is what I'd like please.

Like this? all you do is type the word that you want linked, then click on the 'add link' button (a globe with a chain on icon) in the 'add reply' box. It will look like this:
