how do i cook a pepper?

i hate peppers, and never cooked one. my husband told me while getting him tea from the shops that he likes them, so i bought him a red one for him o have for part of his tea

but i dont know how to cook it...

you can stuff peppers with a mix of rice&minced meat and cook them in tomato sauce

I'd say grill it.. yumm! Or stuff it! Or use it with meat and some other things and make shish kebabs!!

you can cook in in any way with anything, don't be affraid of adding to soups, fry, grill etc.

I love stuffed pepers!
I use minced turkey (any kind is fine) .

You need about 4-6 pepers
500gr minced meat
handful of rice
passata
and seasoning

just mix mince,rice and seasoning and stuff the pepers,heat a little oil and add half a spoon of flour so it thickens,add pepers to that and pour over passata with a bit water.
you can add couple of chicken/veg stocks to that and cook itfor 1hrs30mins and serve with mashed potatoes!
