How long after renewing tax credits did you get details of your new payments?

I way over estimated last years pay for myself and OH by about 4k forgot I didnt start work until August and worked it out from since april + I had 16 weeks of mat leave! Anyway, I'm desperate for my claim to be processed to see if I'll get extra £ or not and to see if this years £ will be upped too. I think it should be b.c my earnings are only £8k as I'll be on maternity leave.

Anyone know? I renewed on Friday over the phone and he said I'll receive a letter with our new payments on it but didnt say when..?

mine where sorted in a week i rang them the letters took longer

I did the same hun. I rang them on the Friday and we got £1600.99 in our bank the following Friday!
