How long after taking soy iso did you ovulate or get AF?

Just as the title says really. I started mid cycle as I'm on CD 200+ now and figured it was worth a shot. I counted my first day of soy as CD1 so I'm now on CD 11 but haven't really felt anything yet so just wondering if anyone would be kind enough to share their experience?

First time was cd21. But has been as late as cd34. Fx for you hun

I ovulate and have regular cycles only 28 days long. The soy took my ovulation date from day 17 to 21.
Not sure how it would affect during a mid cycle.... Good luck

Thanks! Thought anything is worth a try. My GP has sent me away AGAIN saying I've to come back in another 2 months if nothing has happened feel so disappointed.
