I just wondered if anybody else had problems with recieving their packs, since June i have asked for a pack to be sent to me and have been told there must be a problem with my address as they have sent me one twice(even tho i recieve other post) i have been promised call backs on more than 3 occasions as i would need to make an appointment to see an advisor but sill no phone call.. Im beginning to think i will never get to claim my tax credits. Im dreading my phone bill this month
