How long does it take body to adjust to increase in demand?

I have had to increases amount of feeds due to poor weight gain (gone from 50th to 9th percentile). How long does it take your body to adjust to demand??

Any suggestions in helping to increase supply?

If you can try to pump in between feeds an electric pump works best this will help increase your supply
