How long till alcohol gets into breastmilk?

Just wondering how long until alcohol gets into your breastmilk?

I dont breastfeed but i heard it was just the same as it going into your blood stream, so pretty much straight away i think?

Yeah I'm pretty sure it's straight away, I believe it's 3hrs for every drink you take to clear your system. Here is this though

Consider it in your BM as you drink alcohol... when you are sober enough to drive, you are sober enough to breast feed.
