How long to wait to push a stroller?

How long did you wait before pushing a stroller? I have a fairly light stroller, but at this point I would be pushing my toddler (my babes are in NICU).

Pushed DS just a few days after he was born.

I had a go at 1 week, not too far and on flat round a shop! Try it, if it hurts stop.

I waited a month before I pushed a double stroller, I'm sure I could of done it earlier but I didn't want to push myself.

I pushed it a few days out of the hospital, but I would say maybe try to avoid collapsing it or setting it up for a bit.
