My little guy currently having 7-8oz in one sitting (hardly throws any of it up) and he only 3 months. (normally lasting 3ish hours between feeds)

will this be enough to sustain him until he 6 months and we wean him?

just surley they tummies are not that big, and all the bottles i seen only take up to 9oz at the max.

Mine drinks about that too. I assume his growth will slow down a bit so he won't need to drink more and more as he gets bigger. We also plan to start him on purée in a few weeks (he's 16 weeks now) so won't need as much milk.

my little guy does 8 oz also and sucks it dry! we go to the ped. tomorrow so im curious what he will say. how does yours sleep at night? Mine sleeps 12 hours without eating so I think he just packs it on during the day

Mine sleeps 10 hours at night so also packs it in during the day. My health visitor said that's ok, he's drinking the correct amount just over 14 hours not 24 like most babies.

did they say what a normal amount per day is??? My little guy has anywhere between 30-40 ounces a day

That sounds normal to me. Mine was drinking 6oz 6 times a day so that's 36oz. He's now having 30mls more but 5 times a day.
