How much gas is normal before changing something?

Bubs is doing good on formula. Right now he's on good start. He has gas often andfusses after he eats for a while but I'm not sure if that's normal or not? He doesn't fuss much at all but he's certainly not settled after he eats.

My baby sometime fusses after her milk I just try burping her a minute ot two after her feed so everything has settled down before moving her and rubbing her back.
I'm sticking to the same formula.
