How much to feed ? Nearly 7 months

Hi All,

After some advice as worried feeding my LO too much, he will be 7 months week Thursday having 3 5oz bottles & 8oz bottle at bed time, with porridge for breakfast, youghurt for lunch & meat&veg or half a jar for dinner ......

He is a big boy anyway so not sure if I should be cutting down ???

Also any ideas for lunch as I seem to stick to the same thing every day

That doesn't sound like too much to me at all?

With regards to lunch, you could offer finger foods, like toast, sticks of roasted veg, fruit etc.

Sounds good to me, apart from I don't know about jars so can't comment on the dinner part

As long as you're not having to force feed him anything then I wouldn't say it's too much for LOs age.
