How often do i cange the teats?

How often do i change the teats to my LOs bottles? And how do i know when they need changing??

I changed Coltons to a medium flow when he was three months old. Since then he has used the same ones, I haven't changed them again. And before that he used the same ones-again I didn't change them until I needed to change the flow.
I dont THINK you need to worry about it too much until they get teeth, then start checking for little holes, bites marks, etc on them because sometimes they will just bite on the nipple (colton does anyway )
