How often does your 4 week feed/sleep

My lo is 4 weeks old today and feeds very regularly. How often does yours feed and also how are they sleeping. I feel like I get no sleep still he sleeps 1.5 to 2.5 hours max x I think mine is having a growth spurt as is feeding every 1.5 hours th e past day or two x

Mine was the same at that age and still feeds every hour and a half to two hours in the day but she has stretched out her feeds at night so she has a long stretch of between 4-6 hours at the start of the night and then every 2-4 hours after.

At that age my DD nursed every hour (yes, from beginning of one feed to beginning of another) all day and night except for one 4-5 hour stretch at night. Very normal! She started to go a bit longer by about 4 months but remained extremely frequent until she was on a lot of solids.
