I don't think you can specifically target an area to make it smaller with exercises really... I think everything has to do the bulk of shrinking through weight loss.. then exercise to tighten it up.
nope, you can't spot reduce.
exercise will tone your calves so they will look slimmer. If you are prone to big calves (like me!!!) there's nothing you can do about it!!
running for me helps to tone and lengthen the muscle!
