How to know when to go up a teat size

What signs were there that told you lo needed to go up a teat size? Daniel has started really sucking hard on the bottle, the teat keeps collapsing in and it's taking him a lot longer to take the same amount. Are these signs we need to go up to medium flow? We use tt ctn anti colic + bottles.

Thanks, he is starting to nod off as well, which is unusual as he is the child that doesn't sleep! Will get some tomorrow

with Haley it was when her feedings started taking like 40 minutes for 5oz...moved her up from slow flow to fast flow with playtex ventaire bottles...she can have 6oz down in 15 minutes now! Wonderful!
