How to put link into signature

So i want to put my TTC journal into my signature but im not sure how to do that, with Making it say something like Dizzy65 tryin for number 2 or something like that instead of the link tital.. if that makes any sence to you? lol if any one could help thanks

go into the edit signature screen,

type the title you want (in your case Dizzy65 tryin for number 2 )

high light it

click on the add hyperlink button (like a little chain with a globe)

paste the link to the journal and save

the link should appear as the title you wanted.
