How to put picture in profile? Need Help lol

I've seen some profiles on here that when you click on it, it not only has the avatar but also a picture of the left side of the profile.

I was wondering how to do that?

Go in to 'User CP' and then down the left hand side under 'Your Profile' click on 'Edit Profile Picture' and then that is that ..hope that makes sense, lol xx
