How to report a troll

Saw a post by someone yesterday and it appears to be a troll..how do you report them? It was in this post, https://www.babyandbump.com/childrens-health-nutrition/264019-flat-head.html

and it's the person who just says to almost everything, this is dangerous, go see a doctor...

Go to the post and on the left hand side you will see a report post button. Click on it and then write in the box why you have reported it and admin will sort it
