How to request a username change?

Is it possible to change my username?

It only recently clicked how public the forum is. With my name being spelt Amii, it's pretty distinctive. I can get into personal matters on here and now realise I'm not comfortable with it being so public. So I was wondering if I could request a username change and I could change my av to feel abit more private?
