How would you interpret?

Hi all - first post, new to this community.

On October 6, I had a D&C for a blighted ovum. Under doctor's orders, 5 hours prior to the surgery, I took misoprostol. The doctor performed the D&C under ultrasound, so trauma was limited. All things considered, the surgery and recovery went well. I bled a few days, spotted a few days more, any all my pregnancy symptoms disappeared.

Today was my two-week checkup. I met w/ the PA, who performed a vaginal exam. She said that everything looks great and remarked that it looks as if my period will start soon.

Ok, so how do you interpret that line from the PA? Does it mean that I'm possibly ovulating? Is that something the PA could observe from a simple pelvic exam? I haven't temped but I had EWCM for a few days approximately 10 days post D&C.

Thank you in advance for your replies! We're ready to TTC immediately.

So sorry for your loss. Hmmm, that is interesting. When do you usually ovulate? Since your are about 14 days past cd1 maybe your cervix looked open as it would around ovulation. So if you are medically cleared to try, then I would BD ASAP :winkwink: I know that during a pelvic a doc can see some bleeding that would suggest your period is coming, but that seems pretty early. My money would be on your are/getting ready to O. Good luck!
