Hi girls, I'm here looking for some reassurance and advice and hoping somebody will be able to point me in the right direction.

A little bit about myself and OH... I'm 26, he is 31 we have a 3 year old daughter who we conceived within 2 cycles and previously to that I had a molar pregnancy which again I conceived really quickly on our 1st cycle of trying.

This time around we got to cycle 9 and thought hmmm something isn't right surely? We got caught so quickly the last 2 times. So I went to get my progesterone levels checked which came back completely normal which confirmed I am definitely ovulating so my OH was sent for a semen analysis test. I think we both had a gut feeling that it was going to come back as not normal and low and behold it has.

My OH is beside himself, he's feeling really low and stressed out and is blaming himself. Our GP has said he will refer us to an infertility specialist so I guess in the meantime we just have to wait it out.

So my questions are, looking at the results below are any other ladies going through the same thing?
What do you suggest that we try at home, are there any specific herbal remedies/vitamins that we should try? thankyou so much girls in advance xx

Don't panic :)

Low sperm count is pretty common and is something that can be improved. The threshold between normal and low count is right at 15 mil so he is on the border. Most doctors won't diagnose that without have 2 SAs done. It could be something as simple as an infection that he can take antibiotics for.

I would first have another one done and go from there. Considering you conceived so quickly not that long ago, i would say that your chances are high this is something that can be corrected :)
