Hubby's handling the delivery

Yeah I was a phlebotomist at a plasma clinic, so I've seems lots of blood and people bleeding, I also used to transport deceased people to the morgue at a hospital...I couldn't tell my DH anything about those jobs because it made him queasy haha.

I used to deliver babies as a midwifery student so none of that phases me. I'm not sure how my hubby will be when it comes down to labour/ birth. He doesn't seem to care that much about blood, but the whole situation might make him nervous? then again he is always the one to calm me down when I'm freaking out.

Sounds to me like he would be a great birth partner if he calms down when you freak out!

When I was watching this movie the mom gave birth or was about to and the dad fainted. :haha: I can't remember what the title is though.

My dh handled it well. He was a little grossed out but did see the baby crown. He spent most of his time up by my side and talking to me.

He did refuse to cut the cord though. :haha:
