huggies or pampers?

which do you ladies prefer?

I prefer Huggies... I have tried pampers and they were okay, but i found that for us, she leaked through more then she does with the huggies! And she developed a rash in her first few weeks of life while wearing pampers. Ever since the switch we have been a-o-k!

I like both. Pampers get really THICK and mushy feeling, whereas I find Huggies don't. So, I like Huggies for that. But Kelana likes the Elmo eyes on Pampers, so we are using those right now. I use the premiums, but I don't mind the regular or premiums for Pampers. Huggies I only like the Premiums

I HATE Huggies! They totally reek like urine (I know this is obvious but I find that they smell strongly as soon as my LO pees a tiny bit) and they feel rough and yucky compared to Pampers. I'm a Pampers girl all the way!

Pampers all the way. Never had leaks really or any problem with nappy rash so far. They seem to keep moisture away from her skin which is all I want.

i don't like pampers at all, they smell before they've even been used, huggies i'll use if i have to.

Pampers fit us better but I just can't stand the smell of them! I haven't had any problems with Huggies so we tend to use them although I do like the Nature nappies you can get although they're too dear for us to buy all the time. X

Huggies leak, dont hold as much and smell weird. Never had a problem with pampers!

At the hospital we used the Huggies diapers that they provided. They worked really well, even though they were too big for her tiny booty!

When we got home we decided to try Huggies and Pampers as we had some of each. They work about the same for us, and I have not seen any real difference between the two, however it has only been a week.

She has not had any rashes, or adverse reactions, and only one leak but that was because I didn't fasten it down tightly enough. Huggies do seem to fit a bit more snuggly around her legs though while Pampers seem more loose. No major differences so far in performance though. Also never noticed a "weird" smell to them.

We will be going with Huggies when we have to buy them though. They are a whole $2 cheaper then the Pampers are. They are normally $8.99 / package with the $2 off coupons that I have that puts them at $6.99 / package. That is great compared to the Pampers diapers that are normally $10.50 and then with the $1.50 off coupon are still $9.

I'm a Huggies lover! Pampers Simply Dry brought him out in a horrendous rash so we use Huggies Super Dry. He STTN, so will wear one from 6.30pm-7am ish and we rarely have a leak... now i've said that we'll probably have 3 today and 2 in the night!

I use pampers. Huggies tend to leak on my LO. They just don't fit him well. I think the fit really depends on the babies shape like clothes.

It depends! My dd wore huggies when she was a baby as they fitted her better, then they changed the shape of them and they started leaking and didn't fit her as well so we changed to pampers active fit and they were alot better. My ds started wearing huggies but they didn't fit him very well, so we started using pampers and they are a better shape for him.
