Hungry... Sick!

So hungry, but feeling so sick, everything turns my stomach. What to do?!
I was just about surviving on marmite on toast and ginger tea, but then I threw up and now I can't eat it any more! Plus I keep gagging, which is a bit embarrassing if I'm in a public place...

I have had very rough ms since 5 weeks. I find that chicken bullion or packaged chicken noodle soup to help the most. I can't eat ANYTHING solid when I nauseous or it comes right back up. I want to try ginger tea too, but haven't bothered to try to make any yet. (feel so sick, everything seems like work) I hope it gets better for you soon.

It does help, anything with ginger really.

My doctor gave me some herbal tablets which work wonders! They are basically just ground ginger capsules, I swallow one the minute I feel a gag coming on and I'm OK for a couple of hours.

(Tablets are called Maternov if anybody's interested)

I'm going to see if I can find those pills here too. They sound great. Also, I've seen a lot of ladies posting about the Sea Bands (wrist bands that use pressure points to help control nausea.) I'm getting one of them next week to see if it helps.
