Yeah, me too!
Let's share our favorite recipes so whenever we're hungry we can pop on over here and make the yummiest foods! Good practice for when we're mommies too!
Plus I am running out of ideas for dinner and because I'm pregnant I'm always hungry. So what ideas do you have?
This is one of my favorite recipes that I make at least once a week!
Pasta Dinner!
Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1 jar of your favorite sauce
2 cups water
8 ounces uncooked rotini pasta
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
1. Brown ground beef in 12-inch skillet; drain.
2. Stir in Pasta Sauce and water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Stir in uncooked rotini and return to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook covered, stirring occasionally, 14 minutes or until rotini is tender. Remove from heat, then sprinkle with cheese. Cover and let stand 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
It takes about 25 minutes to cook and serves 4!
And for all you health nuts out there, it's about 550 calories.
