hypnobirthing - recommendations?

Oooh yes, I'll keep an eye on this, as if we can't afford classes, I'll have to go with a cd and book instead.

I've gone for this one as we won't be able to afford classes either.

This was from a recommendation from someone else. I've only read the introduction so far though! It comes with the CD as well.

I didn't buy it from Amazon though!

I really recommend the homestudy course from tums2mums.com if you can't afford the course. I 've been doing this, some stuff from the Mongon book and Natalhypnotherapy. Find what works for you, its all about conditioning your mind to see birth differently and learning to really relax yourself so find what works for you. I'll let you know how I get on, due in less than 2 weeks!!!

I've read that Natal Hypnotherapy was developed in the last 3 years but the Mongon method was developed over 7 years ago so is less recent. Also the Mongon method is aimed more at women in the US and Natal Hypnotherapy is aimed at women in the UK. I've gone for the Natal Hypnotherapy cd's.

xx
