Hypnobirthing research been chosen off midwife.. Tips & Advice?

A midwife from my maternity unit phone this afternoon; regarding being part of research for Hypnobirthing..

just want to know if anyone has used this method and if it was good?

I'm probably the worse person to deal with pain and I don't know weather to go ahead with it..

just need advice or tips on it all?

I've done a course but haven't had my baby yet, so can't say. I can say that it's made me so much more relaxed and confident in giving birth - I was really worried about the whole thing and now feel pretty chilled. I really love the course, the book and the CD - it's brill.

Give it a go!
