I am so confused! Need expert advice!

so, I ovulated on July 22nd.. but I am exclusively breastfeeding my 3 month old.. anyways, its been about 19 days since I ovulated and no AF.. been having cramps on right side for a few days with headaches and nausea. never had m/s with DS, so not sure what this is.

should I test? I really don't know if I am overreacting or what.. I am so stressed

I skipped my colposcopy, so I don't know if it's the pre-cancerous cells causing something, or ectopic.. maybe an ovarian cyst?

If you are pregnant a test should show it by now. I'm no expert but id say test. If you are ovulating it doesn't matter if you are breastfeeding or not, you can definitely get pregnant.
