I can't upload a photo to my profile

I can't change my avatar, the link/button is there for me to upload one but it doesnt allow me to press it. Not sure if this is because I am on an iPad or if there is another reason for this?

It's likely you haven't updated your iPad to iOS 6. If it still doesn't work after an Update, it means that function is not supported by iOS.
