I don't know if I'm having a miscarriage or not :(

Its possible I may have been pregnant. I thought I may have been as I've put on a bit of weight these past few weeks and feeling a bit more hormonal and moody than normal. I've also been so so tired this past week. Absolutely exhausted......I was wondering what on earth was wrong with me.
I took a test on Tuesday evening and it was negative.

Then yesterday I got slight spotting. I'm not due my period so wondered why. I had a bit more spotting today, but very light.
Then around lunch time I started feeling really rubbish and tired. I also had cramps. I spent the afternoon curled up on the sofa trying to sleep (while the kids destroyed the house around me!). About 5pm the cramps eased off so I got up and started tidying up. Then I felt very wet in the pants (sorry for TMI). I went to the loo and I had this weird thing. Its light in colour accompanied with blood. Its a good few centimetres long. I'm sure it looks like a sac, but i've no idea. When I've googled it all the pictures of early miscarriage look like blood clots but this is very different.

I don't really know what to do. I feel a lot better now. A bit sick but not so tired. I'm not bleeding either. I've hardly passed any blood at all.

Could it be a miscarriage? If I'm allowed I could post a picture? Its pretty gross and so maybe thats not really appropriate. I'm not sure.

It sounds like you might of had a MC, so sorry hun. You can post if you like. You should be calling ur OBGYN for an emergency appointment. Drink lots of water, stay hydrated. Hope you feel better soon dear xoxoxo 🙇
