i have lost too much weight

My natural weight is circa 10st. I prefer to be at or slightly below so sort of 9st10-13lb.

I have been living on my own in the week and i confess i forget to eat quite regularly with all the running around i do. I always make myself ameal after the cchildren are in bed but i weighed myself yesterday at 9st1. I don't look good, i skinny and pale. It cant be good for me.

I have made myself eat today with the children but I'm wondering what the safest way is to put on some weight? I hope to start swimming/gym soon but cant at the moment. I am going toake a conscious effort to eat more but i don't want to end up eating rubbish and making myself ill.

Carbs are a dieters worst enemy so plenty of those, it doesn't have to be unhealthy just add some potatoes, pasta, rice, bread stuff like that to your meals. I wish I had your problem currently on a slimfast diet trying to shift some weight I'd love to be able to say it's baby weight but I'm now half a stone lighter than I was at the beginning of my pregnancy so it's just my own chub 😂 x
 
I have been where you are and don't gain weight easily. The healthiest way to gain is by introducing more good fats into your diet. Start eating avocados, peanut butter is great (also lay it on thick for added calories/fat), drink milk with a higher percentage of fat, olive oil added to food, include more carbs, and try to eat slightly larger portions without gorging yourself.

If you want other suggestions I would recommend talking to a nutritionist (a referral from your doctor is all you need) :)
