I have no idea what is going on?

Since having my baby I have been bleeding on and off, bleeding after birth stopped then period came then a few weeks passed then was bleeding again then a week later etc
So the last week or so I have just had sort of like spotting? And for 2-3 days now I'm getting some sort of twinges like pains where I guess my ovaries would be that last a couple of seconds and go and comes back
I have some sort of period like pains sometimes that last a few seconds and go and come back

What is going on?!?

It can take a good few months for your body to readjust and your cycles to become normal again!

But is it normal to bleed this much? I only stopped about a week ago then had spotting now im bleeding again
