Had a chicken breast in the oven wrapped in foil with a sauce. Have made it loads of times before and it's been fine. The juices ran clear so I didn't even think to cut into it to check
So I got halfway through eating it and realised that it is rather pink. Needless to say, I didn't eat anymore I know, I'm an idiot.
Anyone else done something similar? Share your experiences so that I know whether to keep the bucket by my bed tonight!
