I know it's early, but 5dpo constant 99.8 temp?

I might be overreacting, but I'm 5dpo, and upon feeling chilly all day (in our 70 degree F home), I took my temperature and it has maintained a 99.8 all day! I also have achy ovaries, slight lower back pains, and a lack of appetite with a minor headache. I've slept well, eaten well, etc. etc., and I know I'm not sick or ovulating.

Has anyone else experienced these symptoms and ended up with a BFP? I am so hopeful and excited, we've been trying so hard and timing everything so well!

No worries, I didn't think you were trying to put me down.;-)

No, I really don't think it's a cold or virus, other than the temperature and ovary aches I feel great! I'm really praying and hoping!

Hoping it's a good sign for you hun, but just to let you know I had a low grade fever last month during the 2ww, it was very random and no other symptoms aside from the higher temperature so I got my hopes up SO much and ended up not pregnant I hope it means something for you though!

Your temperature during the day is always going to be higher, as you create heat by walking about, talking etc... It's your temperature in the morning as soon as you wake up that is important.

My temp the night before last was 37.5c (99.5f) ( i took it was i was feeling very hot and bleeding) but the next morning it was 36.7c (98.06) right where it usually is for that time in my cycle.

Hope you do get your BFP though x

A normal, healthy daytime temperature is 98.6° F-99.0°F (sorry, don't remember the conversion for you). I was sitting on the floor taking it easy a
lot of the day folding laundry and crocheting, so I definitely wasn't exerting myself at
all. My BBT this morning was actually 98.8, which is definitely high, so I'm really hoping!

I also typically run a temperature of 98.5-98.6°. Not looking for confirmation here, just anyone else's experiences or comparisons.

I had a low grade fever around 7-9 DPO after conceiving, and I rarely get fevers at all, but it's possible that I was also sick (I still don't know b/c I was traveling so may well have picked something up, but it could also have been pregnancy-related). I hope it is a good sign for you

Good to know, thank you! My abdomen still is feeling slightly swollen/bloated today, which never happens this time of my cycle. We will see, I could just be reading into things too much.
